We are out of network with commercial insurance. We do provide a billing summary for office visits that can be submitted to insurance plans for possible reimbursement. We collect a surgery scheduling fee, and work with a third-party billing company for surgeon fees. If the local hospital is in-network with your insurance, they will bill directly for the OR room, lab, and anesthesia.
