She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, received her Doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia, and then completed her Residency from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Specialize in partial and full-thickness Laparoscopic excision of Endometriosis involving Intestines and Diaphragm.
When needed, there is Colorectal surgeon and General surgeon that I have worked with for a long time.
Full thickness excision/repair of diaphragm with No chest tubes or drains, using small incisions, outpatient.
Out-of-Network. No longer participate with Tricare.”
Specializes in endometriosis as it relates to Infertility and Miscarriages and partners with Reproductive Immunologist Dr. Jeffrey Braverman. Is able to perform the uterine-saving Osada procedure in selected cases for adenomyosis. Will do ultrasound guided Nerve Blocks. He has a surgical partner that is a general hepatobiliary surgeon and they mostly operate together so he can perform hepatic, bowel, bladder excisions.
Dr. John Dulemba does some bowel work (but brings in a colorectal surgeon for resections), does his own urinary work, does diaphragm work, and works with a thoracic surgeon for lungs. He is always challenging the status quo. Dr. Dulemba does a “second look” surgery on his patients shortly after the first surgery.
Dr. Dulemba is a former helicopter and fixed wing pilot who enjoys skiing and his car (a Tesla). He absolutely LOVES the Steelers. Other than that, he says, he has no other hobbies. “Endometriosis/ adhesions are my life”.

Dr. McCarus is well-known for his adhesiolysis surgery. It is unclear whether he possesses a similar expertise in endometriosis excision.

He was also formerly a CEC FMIGS Fellow, having completing an extensive LAPEX and MIGS training under Dr. Sinervo. A skilled Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon specializing in Laparoscopic Excision of endometriosis and treatment of pelvic pain.
Dr. Siedhoff is able to do excision surgery and operates at Cedars-‐Sinai and takes some insurance.

Dr. Diakos works with a multi disciplinary team ( colorectal surgeon , urogynecology).
She says that people with endometriosis need “education , recognition and referral to a specialized endometriosis center. Knowledge is power. Women for too long have been told pain is normal and have been dismissed”.
