“The New York Endometriosis Center is one of the leading endometriosis treatment and gynecologic surgery practices in the world. With our office in New York City and an advanced laparoscopic center at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, CT we are one of the top performers of laparoscopic procedures in the United States. Trained in medical and surgical gynecology at the world-famous Mayo Clinic, Dr. Kanayama is a leading specialist in endometriosis treatment, infertility evaluation and advanced laparoscopy. With over 3,500 successfully treated cases, he has earned an excellent reputation among his patients and gynecologic surgeons.
Dr. Kanayama offers clinically proven laparoscopic excisions of deep nodular endometriosis – which is a procedure performed only by a few dozen gynecologists in the US.
As the Director of the New York Endometriosis Center, Dr. Kanayama provides the highest quality patient-centered gynecology care. The individualized patient care offered at the New York Endometriosis Center is based on the philosophy of the Mayo Clinic – ‘our patients’ needs come first’. “
Philosophy: “I was one of the original gynecologists recommending and performing excision – along with Harry Reich and others. We all “learned together” and I have done clinical research for 30 years, often involving medical and surgical treatment of endometriosis and postoperative pelvic adhesions. We have two boarded urogynecologists in my group, along with Physical Therapists experienced in pelvic floor therapy. We treat patients on a very individualized basis, every situation is different and requires a different approach.” Able to operate on DIE, bowel and lung endo. Takes all insurance.
Dr. Rebeles is a big supporter of endometriosis patients and takes part in endo events locally. She welcomes new patients and may be able to take patients who have Medi-‐Cal through her affiliation with UCLA, call her office to check.

Dr. James Kondrup is able to operate on bowel and deep infiltrating endometriosis. Has an assistant surgeon assist with colorectal. Both he and hospital takes almost all insurance. Philosophy: “Excise it. I treat women of all ages for endometriosis including teenagers.”
Extensive research background. Is able to operate on Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis. Philosophy: “My medical practice is characterized by my underlying philosophy of treating patients with respect and dignity. I use a comprehensive, open-‐minded approach to providing leading-‐edge health care. My reputation as an endometriosis specialist was earned through my surgical skills and results following successful treatment of some the most difficult cases of endometriosis via laparoscopic excision surgery. Complete surgical removal of endometriosis is an essential step in achieving successful treatment outcomes. I believe that surgery is only part of the answer to restoring the health of patients with endometriosis and pelvic pain. I employ a multidisciplinary approach, utilizing leading edge, traditional Western medicine and alternative integrative medicine, combined with an open mind and trust in the patient. Treating this complex disease has not only resulted in my becoming a better physician, it has made me an expert in treating an array of less complex conditions as well.”

“Dr. Mosbrucker feels strongly that both pelvic pain and the urogynecologic issues need to be addressed with a multidisciplinary approach that embraces the “bio-psycho-social model”. She has developed an informal consortium of various specialists, all with interest in caring for patients with pelvic pain or incontinence. This allows for multiple providers to support the patient’s needs with an approach based on each one’s background and experiences. Physical therapists, pain management specialists, counselors, GI specialists, and surgeons all bring something different to the table, and it is her belief that the patients get better and more complete care when treated by a team rather than one single provider.” -http://pacificendometriosis.com/about-us/
“I am Polish, but I have lived in US longer than any other country. I did my residency in Ob/Gyn at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and fellowship in gynecologic surgery at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale. I am a single dad with two teenagers – 13 and 15. As I always say – my favorite things in life start with letter S – surgery, skiing, sailing my son and his sister (my daughter)… As far as languages I speak Polish and some French and understand some Spanish and several Slavic languages (Czech, Slovak, Russian).” -Dr. Hibner, AEEP Questionnaire
